CACRAO Membership

CACRAO membership is per institution. Any institution of higher education in North or South Carolina may apply for full membership. Associate and affiliate memberships are available to other institutions. Any employee of a member institution who is interested in the work of the Association is encouraged to attend meetings and participate in discussions.

Only one payment per institution is required for membership dues (from the Admissions or Registrar's Office).

Membership renewal emails have been sent to your institution's key contact. If you would like to check on the status of your renewal please contact our Treasurer or Administrative assistant.

Deadlines & Fees

The membership renewal deadline is April 30.

Annual dues amounts vary by institution undergraduate student population size:

Undergraduate FTE	Dues
0 - 2,500	$100
2,501 - 10,000	$125
10,001 - 20,000	$150
20,000 +	$200

*Amounts are for full (General-NC/SC) membership, associate membership or affiliate membership.

Membership Changes

The association's by-laws were amended to alter the time frame for institutional membership beginning in 2019. Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.

Payment Information

Payment should be submitted by either credit card through the renewal form or by sending a check made out to CACRAO to:
