Registration Opens on June 2
The Newcomers Conference is an annual workshop designed for new admission professionals to learn real-world experience. The program provides training in critical skills for success and discussion of pertinent issues and situations encountered in the admission profession. Participants will attend presentations, work within small-group settings, and will have plenty of networking opportunities with leaders and other newcomers in admissions. This is a great training opportunity for any of your new hires.
Wednesday, July 16

Thursday, July 17

Registration Details
Register by July 7, 2025. Registration covers the cost of attendance including most meals and activities. Register by July 1 to also receive a CACRAO t-shirt.
$125 for CACRAO member institutions
$135 for CACRAO non-member institutions
Payment should be submitted by credit card through the registration site.
New Payment Process
Effective August 1, 2024, CACRAO will no longer accept check payments. This decision has been made after careful consideration by the Executive Committee and is aimed at streamlining our financial processes, limiting lost revenue due to nonpayment, and ensuring a secure and efficient payment system. We understand that this change may require some adjustment, and we are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.
Accommodations
Participants will be responsible for booking their own hotel room. A hotel block is available at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington NW-The Vineyard by IHG. The cost is $143.00 per night + taxes. You can reserve a room by going to their website or by calling 888-252-2183. The hotel block closes on Tuesday, July 1st.
